Check Data Usage: Monitor your internet data usage by selecting the “Internet” tab. Here, you can view your current data usage and set up alerts to notify you when you’re nearing your data limit. Troubleshoot Issues: If you’re experiencing service issues, use the “Troubleshooting” feature to diagnose and fix problems with your internet, TV, or phone services. The app provides step-by-step guides and the option to restart your modem or cable box remotely. Schedule Service Appointments: If you need a technician to visit your home, you can schedule or manage appointments directly through the app. Navigate to the “Appointments” section to book a new appointment or reschedule an existing one. Receive Outage Alerts: Stay informed about service outages in your area by enabling notifications in the “Alerts” section. The app will notify you of any outages and provide estimated resolution times. Manage Xfinity Wi-Fi: In the “Wi-Fi” section, you can manage your home network settings. This includes viewing connected devices, pausing internet access for specific devices, and changing your Wi-Fi settings. Update Account Information: Use the “Account” tab to update your personal information, such as your contact details and security settings. You can also manage your Xfinity ID, change your password, and set up additional users on your account.
