Sign Up: Employees need to sign up through the Bring Your Own Device (BYOD) process to start using the app. Access Manifest: View the list of stops with detailed information, including special instructions and any accessorials (e.g., delivery notes or restrictions). Use Navigation: Follow the best route using local maps for seamless navigation. Scan Packages: Scan the packages you're delivering or picking up to build and update your manifest. Handle Exceptions: The app will guide you on how to handle exceptions if you’re unable to complete a delivery, such as providing an alternative status to the customer. Pickup Tasks: Complete pickup tasks as needed, with the ability to communicate updates back to the local center. Two-Way Communication: Stay connected with the local center for real-time updates, status changes, and instructions.
