1. Download and Install: Start by downloading the Spectrum TV app from the App Store or Google Play Store. Install the app on your device. 2. Sign In: Open the app and sign in using your Spectrum TV subscription username and password. If you don't have an account, you can create one on the Spectrum website. 3. Set Your Favorite Channels: After signing in, you can set your favorite channels to create a personalized guide. Simply select the "Guide" tab and tap on the star icon next to the channels you want to add to your favorites. 4. Explore Live TV: Tap on the "Live TV" tab to access a wide range of live TV channels. Scroll through the channel list or use the search function to find specific channels or programs. 5. Watch On Demand: The "On Demand" tab offers a vast library of shows and movies that you can stream on-demand. Select a category or use the search function to find the content you want to watch. 6. Cast to a compatible TV: If you have a compatible TV and a Chromecast, you can cast the Spectrum TV app to your TV. Tap on the cast icon in the app and select your Chromecast device to start streaming on the big screen. 7. Control Your TV and DVR: Use the app to control your TV and DVR. You can change channels, view showtimes, and even record your favorite shows and movies if you have optional DVR services. You can also delete or modify DVR recordings through the app. 8. Set Parental Controls: The app provides parental controls to ensure a safe viewing experience for everyone in your household. Set a PIN and block shows by channel or rating. These controls apply across all devices connected to your Spectrum TV subscription. 9. Search for Content: Use the search function within the app to find specific titles, networks, actors, or sports teams. This feature helps you discover new content and quickly find what you want to watch. Note: The availability of programming and certain titles may vary depending on your Spectrum TV package.
