Create your profile, set your bedtime and smart alarm window, and choose anti-snore options such as gentle sounds or vibrations if supported. 3. Place your phone on a nightstand or near your pillow with the microphone unobstructed, plug it in to charge, and tap Start Sleep. 4. Sleep normally while the app detects and records snoring, applies gentle nudges to reduce snoring, and tracks your nightly trends. 5. In the morning, stop the session to review your snore timeline, intensity, and tips; adjust sensitivity or nudge strength, set goals, and export reports if you want to share results with a clinician.
