Send files to TV

Download and Install on Both Devices: Download the Send Files to TV app on both your smartphone or tablet and your Android TV or Fire TV. Install the app on both devices to ensure proper file transfer functionality. Connect to the Same Wi-Fi Network: Make sure that both your phone and the TV are connected to the same Wi-Fi network. The app requires both devices to be on the same local network to facilitate file transfers. Open the App on Your TV: Launch the Send Files to TV app on your smart TV or Android TV device. The app will start listening for incoming file transfers. Open the App on Your Phone: Open the Send Files to TV app on your smartphone or tablet. You will see an option to "Send" or "Receive" files. Tap "Send" to begin transferring files from your phone to the TV. Select Files to Transfer: Browse your device’s storage and select the files you wish to send. This can include photos, videos, documents, or any other supported file type. Once selected, tap the "Send" button. Choose the TV Device: The app will display a list of available devices. Select your TV or streaming device from the list. The transfer will begin once the devices are connected. Receive Files on the TV: Your TV will display a notification that a file transfer is in progress. The files will be saved in a folder on your TV’s internal storage or a connected external drive, depending on your TV’s configuration. You can access the files from the TV’s file manager or media player app. Play or View Transferred Files: After the transfer is complete, you can open the files directly on your TV. For videos and photos, you can use the default media player on your TV. For documents or other files, use a file explorer app if needed. Transfer from PC (Optional): If you want to transfer files from your computer to the TV, you can download the desktop version of the Send Files to TV app. Follow the same steps to select and transfer files from your PC to your TV. Batch Transfer (Optional): The app supports batch transfers, so you can send multiple files at once. This is useful for transferring entire folders of photos, videos, or documents without having to send them one by one.
