Piccolo: Othello

Place a disc on a square that flanks one or more opponent discs in a straight line, then flip all flanked discs to your color. Play only legal moves that capture at least one opponent disc; if you have no legal move, you must pass your turn. Aim to finish with more discs of your color on the board when neither player can move or the board is full. Prioritize corners and stable edges to secure discs that cannot be flipped back. Maintain mobility by keeping multiple legal options while limiting your opponent’s choices. Plan the endgame by counting potential flips and timing key moves to convert stable territory.
