Install: Download the Park Smarter app from your device’s app store (iOS or Android). Sign In: Open the app and create an account or log in with your existing credentials to access the full range of features. Search for Parking: Enter your destination or current location in the app. It will show you a map with available parking options around you, including on-street parking, garages, and lots. View Parking Availability: The app shows real-time parking availability, including the cost and time limits for each spot. Some areas may allow you to reserve a spot in advance. Get Directions to Parking: Once you’ve chosen a parking spot, tap to get turn-by-turn navigation to your selected parking location. Reserve a Spot (if available): In supported locations, you can reserve a parking spot ahead of time and pay through the app, ensuring that a spot is guaranteed when you arrive. Payment and Receipt: Park Smarter supports various payment methods, allowing you to pay for parking directly through the app. You can also view and download your parking receipts for reference.
