Add content by writing with pen tools, importing PDFs and images, inserting web content, and organizing ideas with sticky notes, shapes, and layers. 4. Collaborate live by sharing a link or code; enable casting, manage permissions, and allow participants to view or annotate in real time. 5. Save and share your work by exporting to PDF or images, or save directly to Google Drive, OneDrive, or myViewBoard cloud; optionally record sessions for reuse.
