1. Download Lifeixlog and sign up with email or your preferred account, then set your basic profile and time zone. 2. Choose your goals such as journaling, habit tracking, or mood tracking, and enable reminders for preferred times. 3. Tap the plus button to create your first entry, add text or photos, select your mood, check off habits, tag it, and save. 4. Open the Calendar or Stats to review streaks, trends, and patterns, and refine your routines based on the insights. 5. Turn on cloud sync and privacy lock, customize widgets, and use export or import to back up and manage your life log.
