1. Download the app and sign in with your company email or SSO, then create or join your organization workspace. 2. Configure sites and teams, set user permissions, and choose or import checklist templates from the library. 3. Run an inspection by opening a checklist, answering items, attaching photos and notes, adding an e-signature, and submitting even when offline. 4. Report an incident or near miss by completing the form, adding media, identifying root causes, and assigning corrective actions with owners and due dates. 5. Monitor results in dashboards, schedule recurring audits with reminders, and export reports as PDF or CSV to share with stakeholders.
