Once you choose a flight, review the flight details, including baggage options, seat selection, and any additional services offered (such as meal options). Add Services & Proceed to Payment: After selecting your flight, you can add extra services such as checked baggage, seat selection, or in-flight meals. Review your selections, and proceed to payment. Jetstar offers multiple payment methods including credit/debit cards and digital wallets for secure transactions. Manage Your Booking: After booking, you can manage your flight through the app. This includes making changes to your booking, selecting or upgrading seats, adding additional luggage, or upgrading to a premium service. Check-In & Access Boarding Pass: As your flight date approaches, use the app to check in online. You can do this up to 24 hours before your flight, and the app will generate a digital boarding pass that you can save on your phone or print out. This feature speeds up your airport experience. Track Flight Status: For real-time updates on your flight, use the app’s flight tracker to monitor your flight’s status, including departure times, gate information, and any potential delays. The app will send you notifications about any changes to your flight, keeping you informed at all times. Receive Notifications & Offers: The app also allows you to enable notifications for travel updates, new flight deals, and exclusive promotions. You can check the "Deals" section for discounts and offers on future flights or vacation packages.
