Choose the Bikram preset sequence or create a custom session by setting pose hold durations, rest intervals, and total rounds. 3. Adjust audio cues, voice prompts, and display options; enable background play to keep the timer running while using other apps. 4. Tap Start to begin practice and follow on-screen countdowns and voice prompts; use Pause or Skip to control the flow as needed. 5. After the session, review and save logs or favorite sessions and set recurring reminders to maintain a regular practice.
