For Riders: Download the Gett App: Start by downloading the Gett app from the Google Play Store or Apple App Store. Alternatively, you can access Gett via their website if you prefer booking rides from a desktop. Create an Account or Log In: If you’re new to Gett, sign up by entering your email address and creating a password. If you already have an account, simply log in to access your saved preferences, payment details, and ride history. Enter Your Pickup Location: Once you’re logged in, enter your pickup location. You can use the map to pinpoint your location or type your address manually. The app also allows you to use saved addresses for quicker booking. Select Your Ride Type: Gett offers a variety of ride options: Standard Ride: A regular car suitable for everyday use. Business Ride: Premium cars for business travelers. Taxi Ride: If available in your area, opt for a classic taxi ride. Airport Transfer: Pre-booked rides for airport pickups and drop-offs. Select the ride that best suits your needs and budget. Confirm Destination: Enter your destination address. The app will show you the estimated fare based on the distance and type of ride selected. You can also use saved destinations for frequent trips like home or work. Review Ride Details: Review your ride details, including the pickup time, vehicle type, and estimated fare. Make sure your pickup location and destination are correct before proceeding. Choose Payment Method: Choose your preferred payment method. Gett supports credit/debit cards, PayPal, and other secure payment options. You can also store your payment details for faster checkout in the future. Book Your Ride: Once you’re satisfied with the details, tap Book Ride to confirm your booking. Gett will send you an order confirmation with your driver details, including the car make, model, and the driver’s name. Track Your Ride: You can track your driver’s location in real-time on the map to know exactly when they will arrive. The app will send you notifications when your driver is near or has arrived. Ride in Comfort: Once your ride arrives, hop in and enjoy your trip. Gett ensures that drivers follow safety protocols, and you can enjoy a comfortable ride with real-time tracking. The app allows you to rate your driver after the trip, providing feedback on the ride experience. Pay for Your Ride: Once your ride is completed, payment is automatically processed through your selected payment method. You will receive a detailed invoice for the ride, which you can view in the app or email. Leave Feedback: After completing your ride, you can leave a rating for the driver and share any feedback to help improve the service. View Ride History: You can access your ride history within the app to view past trips, receipts, and details for future reference.
