Download and install Cost Track from the App Store. Launch the app and create cost sheets—for instance, “Cash,” “Bank,” or “Vacation Fund.” Each sheet can use different currencies, with automatic exchange-rate updating. Enter income and expenses quickly using minimal fields (category is the only required one). Add optional notes, timestamps, location tags, photos of receipts, or even audio recordings to each entry. View your current balances per sheet and aggregated in your base currency. Perform transfers between sheets—even across currencies—and optionally exclude certain sheets from overall statistics. Dive into visual diagrams and detailed statistics sorted by time, category, or location. Apply filters as needed. Export your reports as PDF or CSV, sync entries via Dropbox for collaborative management, or back up to iCloud or PIN-protect your data.
