Chaos Control 2: GTD Organizer

Download and Open Install Chaos Control 2 from your device’s app store, then open the app to begin setting up your account. Create Your First Project Tap on “New Project” to create a project. Enter a project name and description, then add tasks that align with your project goals. Organize Tasks by Context Use contexts to group related tasks by location, priority, or type. Assign contexts such as “Work,” “Home,” or “Errands” to help filter and focus on specific tasks when needed. Add Tasks to the Chaos Box Capture unorganized ideas and tasks by adding them to the “Chaos Box.” Later, you can organize these tasks by assigning them to specific projects or contexts. Set Deadlines and Reminders Assign due dates and reminders to tasks to keep track of deadlines. Enable notifications to receive reminders at specified times. Plan Your Day and Week Use the Daily and Weekly Planning features to set priorities and review your schedule. This helps create a clear overview of what needs to be accomplished each day. Track Progress and Adjust Tasks Mark tasks as complete when done. For recurring tasks, set a repeat frequency in the task settings. Reorganize or reschedule tasks as priorities change. Add Notes and Subtasks For each task, you can add detailed notes or create subtasks to break down complex items into manageable steps. Sync Across Devices Enable cloud synchronization to keep your tasks up-to-date across devices, ensuring you can access and manage your tasks on both mobile and desktop. Use Tags and Search for Easy Access Add tags to tasks for quick organization. Use the search function to locate specific tasks or filter by tag and context.
