1. Download the app and sign up, create your venue, and invite your team with the right roles. 2. Add products by importing vendor price lists or scanning barcodes, set par levels and storage areas, and optionally connect your POS and recipes. 3. Start your first count, follow the guided shelf to sheet workflow, measure partial bottles, and let the app calculate on hand and variance. 4. Review par gaps, auto build purchase orders by vendor, send orders, and receive deliveries to update stock and costs. 5. Monitor dashboards for COGS, pour cost, and dead stock, set low stock and variance alerts, schedule recurring counts, and export reports for accounting.
